The food at the Island Vybz Cusine is delicious. I found out about them from my friend in South Jersey, who's trainer is related to the outstanding cook. This is a must try if you're looking for a great Jamaican cuisine.
Island Vybz Cuisine is AMAZING! I ordered the mango passionfruit fried chicken with mac and cheese, plus the Vybz macaroni salad and plantain — everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The chicken was crispy and juicy with the perfect sweet tropical kick, and the mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. The macaroni salad had such a great homemade taste and the plantain was cooked just right. Portions were great and the food was made with love. Definitely one...
Let me just say this is what Jamaican food is all about. I’m not a spicy person but the little bit that they added made me want to buy the bottle. Everything was seasoned to perfection! The atmosphere was so inviting. They really bring the vibes. I highly recommend this place. I had the oxtail and man was I tryna eat them bones as well. My new favorite spot.
