Delicious food and exceptional customer service. I misunderstood the descriptor of an item I ordered, they were so kind when I called to correct it making me a new salad without hesitation. The portions are always generous, plenty of warm, homemade bread with the entries. I look forward to my next order with them.

I've always loved Italy's RestaurantThe food is great and so is the owner. I drove over 2 hours each way for a meal with all my kids. Well Worth it.l

I live very close to italy's and buy from the often so I know the menu. Tonight i ordered a steak roll w sauce on the side, lg pie and lg fries. The pizza and fries were great, kids loved it but my steak roll was no steak roll. More like a steak sandwich on the in house bread and it tasted nothing like anything I've ever had there. Bread wasn't fresh, steak had no flavor, very little cheese and was very greasy. Every time i bit into it the grease ran down my chin.Very disappointing since I've ordered from this place since they were on roseberry street.

Wow just wow. I went in a hour before closing because i have been working all day. I got a chicken bacon ranch slice and a penne alla vodka slice it was the best slices ive ever had. It aas perfectly crisp with no flop and it tasted fresh 10/10.

They are very prejudiced. I called today 4-3-24 to place an order. They told me that they were closed. I drove by it and there's a big sign that says open. I also look up the hours. They close at 9:30 p.m.. They are a liar and prejudice. They don't even deserve the one star

We love this small local hideaway. Food is always delicious. I had an Eggplant Sandwich on homemade bread.

Excellent. I was told this was good by two Long Islanders. Did not disappoint. Everything from scratch and it tasted like it. Well done! Lasagna excellent!

They sent out coupons for a family meal for $21.99 for a plain pizza, 10 small wings and a soda. so I decided to give them a try. What a mistake. Called and confirmed my order and that the coupon was good on the phone and the young man said it was. However when I got there the total was $38. When I asked why he initially responded "tax". When I said I had the coupon for 21.99 he showed they had brand new menus with the same thing for $35.99. Outrageous for the dinner quality pizza and wings. When I asked to speak with the owner he informed me that oh prices went up and took the coupon with him. I'm not sure whether it's a restaurant in need of money having to jack up the prices or the old bait and switch but I will not be going back here and I can't say I would recommend them at all. However Garas across the street has great pizza and a very polite staff.
