The other day I got, Panera Bread (Phillpsburg), for lunch. I had ordered their, Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, with a side of Panera Kettle Cooked Potato Chips, and a small side of, Mac n Cheese. It’s was an exceptionally mid experience. The Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt was delicious, terrific flavor, had great texture to each bite, and adding avacado is such an excellent touch. The store is clean, well-organized, and runs smoothly. Order pickup is always prompt. I must point out one outstanding associate, Zoey! She is incredibly outgoing, friendly, warm, and attentive to customers.
We decided to use their mobile app to pre-order the Premium Family Feast at 3:30 pm yesterday. Their app stated that the order would be ready at 4:15 pm. At 4:20 pm in the parking lot, a rather stern-acting employee came out with our order and stated that they could not assemble our order that quickly, as she assumed that we placed the order 10-15 minutes before. We informed her she was mistaken, only to be scolded once again. BTW, the salad was smaller than before, the sandwiches...
