Me and my family liked the food and haven’t eat there in a long time but today it was unexpected. I ordered general tso chicken combo with fried rice mild and they ordered half chicken with fried rice with large fries. When we got home and about to eat, we were shocked to see the half chicken with rice really has a small portion of rice and 4 small chicken pieces and looked burned while my general tso plate was right portion but the chicken was spicy when it’s not supposed to. And the place was not that busy, just the two of them and they could’ve done better within the 15 min time frame before we picked it up. But hey we ate it anyway but won’t be ordering there again?

Stay as far away from this filthy dirty place. They just tried to charge me $15 more for my food than what it cost to order online. I told the thieving woman there to keep it. She had no explanation about the extra $15 this is the 3rd time they tried to pull this scam on me...and it's the last. Absolutely do not trust them...

We have always placed orders with Red Chopsticks and have always enjoyed the takeout but--last night we placed our usual order and when we got home most of the meal was missing. Always order Dinner combination, which includes Pork Fried Rice and egg roll. What did we get? My husband got his boneless ribs and I got my Sesame Chicken, that's it along with a container of white rice. No vegetable, no fried rice and no pork roll. When we called we were told we had ordered the large and that's all we get. What large???? A young person had answered the phone, OK, I can see the mix-up but they way the adult spoke about our call didn't sit well with us. Never going to order again and if you call make sure you speak with an adult.
