Very disappointing. Although the place is beautiful, the service was horrible. I was at a table of 6 where all of us ordered wine flights and 3 of us food. Before the ordering was done we asked for more water and we waited. And waited. 3 flights came but the others took forever. 1 actually came with 2 empty glasses which I though was embarrassing. 2 of the 3 food orders were incorrect but the waitress swore she had them right. Water still did not come. I ended up going inside which was basically empty and still had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to notice I needed help. When my flight came, one of the glasses had about half an ounce of wine in it. There is no way they could not have noticed that. And finally, 40 minutes after we asked, the waitress gave us more water. Ordered gelato later, it never came. Ended up just taking it off the bill. Hope you have a better time.

I cannot express enough how thoroughly disgusted I am with this winery. The hostess said that they were busy and the wait for a table was 30 minutes. We said no problem, we would grab a glass of wine at the bar and wait outside for our table. She replied that we couldn’t order wine because we didn’t have a table. What winery in this world won’t let you order wine?It is a shame, because this is a lovely spot. The hostess was so rude that we left. We will never come back.I recommend heading a few miles down the road to Salem Oak. It is smaller, but the service and food is beyond incredible.Stay away from Auburn Road if you value service.

Came here with my girlfriend on a weekend. Great atmosphere, great wine, and spectacular service. A wonderful place to spend a chill night.

Beautiful place. Great pizza. Best winery in the area.

This place was good. The tasting room with large seating area (both indoor and outdoor) was nice. The wine and food were excellent. Only criticism is that when wine is purchased by the glass, it is pricey and the pours are way too small (see photo below), you’re better off buying a whole bottle.

The wine here is great, however, both times we have come have been ruined by this one particular host with a scarf who's on a power trip (apparently he's the owner's son). He's inappropriate, rude, and condescending. My wife was going to the restroom, and a couple of female workers came in to restock it, and he just barged in to chit chat with them without checking if there were any customers in there. My wife felt violated and creeped out the whole time we was in there. We were also sitting outside, and moved to a slightly larger table to accommodate our friends who showed up, and he came out and b****ed at us for moving to the table directly next to us, while there are about 40 open tables outside. My wife felt uncomfortable, and our friends and I we're so annoyed from the experience from him that we don't really want to come back.

If you wanna make reservations here for a bigger party, don’t. This place couldn’t be any less accommodating for a larger party. Called to make reservations for 16 people, when we walked in the hostess asked very condescendingly if 16 people were actually going to show up, which shouldn’t matter if reservations were made. As more of the party showed up they then informed us that we couldn’t be seated together as it was against their policy to put tables together but they had no problem adding chairs to our table, which seems ridiculous. When calling to place reservations they never mentioned anything about this policy. Definitely would have chose another place if this winery properly informed their guests of their ludacris policies. Then when we asked about having our bill split our server informed us that parties of 6 or more at a table has to have a combined check again a company policy to that we questioned because we only had 5 people at our table, the server then switched up and said it’s actually 5 or more for a combined check. Its really disappointing because the wine was good and it was a cute place. The policies and attitude/judgement of the employees just ruin the experience of a good time, which is the whole point of a winery in my opinion. Boo tomatoes this place.

I've been visiting Auburn Road Winery for a few years and it's always a great experience! The wine is excellent, the pizza is top notch, and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. This is by far my favorite winery in the area!

We love this place but we're disappointed that we scheduled a premium wine tasting and no one bothered to tell us that they couldn't do it until after we arrived. We were really looking forward to that new experience.

We had the red dry flight. The wines were good! We also enjoyed the pizza. It was made with fresh ingredients and tasted excellent. The waitress was attentive and pleasant. We will definitely be back to try the dry white wine!! Cheers

It was a special date night...my Christmas wish was to go on a tour of Auburn Road Vineyard & Winery. And what a personal tour it was -- by co-owner Scott, himself! Honorable mention goes to wine goddess Jules, Luca, Tammy, & April. They really rolled out the red carpet for us. We learned a lot (because, as I always say, wine is about INFINITY)! We loved the warmth of their space's ambiance, Charlie Chaplin playing on the outdoor screen into the ether. Ravello's flatbreads galore accompanied Tammy's guided tasting of their Merlot Story. And we melted into it all before we sipped our last sip of Petit Verdot I and hit the road from Pilesgrove NJ back to Bucks County. Cheers!?

funny, don't get me started. The experience at the Enoteca is about the best. It can be my favorite are the servers. They are knowledgeable about wine and food, they are hospitable; it's like being in someone's private home, with a lot of company. The owners, one of which is the winemaker are there often to visit make sure you're having everything you need when you need it. They live on the property. I do know they take a day or two off but not when they're having customers, clients, and whom they call friends in the Enoteca. This is very important for them to make contact with her many people as possible whom are on their property. Scott also make sure to point out the other wineries in the area and they support each other. Now I don't drink wine. I go for the ambience. I go for the serving staff I don't drink wine. I go for the ambience. I go for the serving staff that I see are as friendly to everyone including me I enjoy this. I go for the cappuccino. I go for the pizza. I have my favorite, but I try other. For special dinners, they have a cooks Trish and Luca Donnini who are both speciaI chiefs. I also enjoy gelato with espresso. It is fabulous. When I go out for a great evening or day, this is where I choose. Thank you for asking me. I almost forgot the “Buddah basket“! Look this up.

Trish our server was awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon there. The wine was great as always. Italian wedding soup and the budda board hit the spot. its a 40 minute drive for us, but well worth it to Auburn Road.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an extraordinary culinary journey at Auburn Road Vineyard & Winery in Pilesgrove, New Jersey, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the vineyard-lined entrance, I knew I was in for a treat. The four-course dinner unfolded like a gastronomic masterpiece, with each dish skillfully crafted to perfection. The evening commenced with a delightful Spinach Ricotta Gnocchi Roulade that danced on the palate. The pillowy gnocchi, enveloped in a delicate spinach and ricotta embrace, set the tone for a night of culinary bliss. The second act featured a Duck Confit Salad that was a harmonious blend of flavors and textures. The tender duck confit, combined with crisp greens and an array of vibrant ingredients, showcased the chef's artistry and attention to detail. The culinary crescendo reached its peak with the Main Course - a Surf and Turf extravaganza. The Smoked Braised Short Ribs were a revelation, melting in the mouth with a rich smokiness that lingered on the taste buds. Paired with a Lobster Cake that boasted freshness and finesse, this course was a symphony of land and sea.Just when I thought the experience couldn't get any better, the final course emerged – a Blood Orange Creamsicle Mousse Cake. This dessert was a sensory delight, with the citrusy zing of blood orange elegantly balanced against the velvety smoothness of the creamsicle mousse. It was a sweet conclusion that left me with a lingering sense of satisfaction. The culinary excellence was seamlessly complemented by the impeccable wine pairings. Each course was thoughtfully accompanied by a wine that enhanced the flavors and elevated the overall dining experience. The knowledgeable staff and owners, who were both gracious and informative, added a personal touch to the evening, making it an unforgettable encounter.Auburn Road Vineyard & Winery is not just a winery; it's a haven for those who appreciate the finer things in life. The attention to detail, the dedication to quality, and the passion for creating an unparalleled dining experience make this establishment a gem in the heart of New Jersey. Whether you're a wine enthusiast, a food connoisseur, or someone simply seeking a memorable evening, Auburn Road Vineyard & Winery is a destination that promises to exceed expectations. Cheers to an unforgettable culinary adventure!
