Hidden gem. Admittedly, this was not the easiest place for us to find since the storefront is facing the market stalls & nestled in the back of the Cowtown parking lot. Look for the smoker in the back! Worth the drive entirely. Great staff. Amazing food. Curry goat was on par with my favorite from Sharks in Negril. Sedellahs is a hidden gem, nestled in the back of the Cowtown parking lot with its storefront facing the market stalls; look for the smoker. It is a family owned and very friendly spot, great for anyone around the area or going to the flea market or rodeo. The food is amazing and authentic. Specific dishes praised include the curry goat, jerk chicken, fried chicken, stew chicken, chicken tenders, beef patty, plantains, empanadas, steamed cabbage, and beans and rice. The jerk chicken is noted as perfectly balanced, smoked, and something you really can’t find anywhere else. Also recommended are the sorrel, rum cake, and pre-bottled smoothies like sea moss and mango. The staff are great and lovely, and the atmosphere inside is enhanced by music. It is worth the drive entirely and highly recommended for great island food.
