Used to order from another local place but their food isn't the same. Have lived here awhile and never tried great wall before but glad we did. Everything is great, with the exception of the egg rolls. Wonton soup is the best around and I love their shrimp Mei fun.

Very disappointed food has tasted like chemicals last 3 times I purchased food here don't know if it's the water or old pans but...I gave it a few shots thinking it was me but my company also complained of the bad taste as well as my granddaughter I also so paid $28. For 2 lunch specials.Will not be going back.

Always great food from this establishment. Friendly staff as well. I don't know why they only get a 3 star rating they are much better then any other place near Beachwood and blow Best Food In Town away.

Just moved to Pine Beach. Found a new Chinese food take out GREAT WALL 212 Atlantic City Blvd close by and found the menu online. Tried it for the first time and first question I asked was 'you do have small portions, right?'. Answer was YES. I ordered a SMALL Beef Pepper and Onion $7.85 and SMALL Pork Fried Rice $5.90. When my husband picked up the order he did not question the amount of $20.10 because he was not the one that placed the order. When I opened the bag the portions were large! I did not see the receipt until after we ate. But as far as the food, there was a very small amount of beef in the Pepper Steak and not one piece was edible...it wasn't even easy to cut since the pieces were large. I was only able to eat the pepper and onions. The Pork Fried rice had almost no pork and not very tasty. Not much competition close by and easily able to get away with bad food and practice. My husband found the order ready in 5 minutes after I was told it be 20 minutes. He also asked how long they were in Pine Beach and the answer was 2 months. Odd the reviews go back years...new owners??? Also two most recent reviews are from same date and probably not from regular YELP posters!

Just ordered for the first time tonight. Placed a huge order they came quick it was hot af. Everything was so good! And they gave me extra! No one does that anymore 10 out 10. I got a lot of apps fried chicken wings, bbq chicken, soups, fried scallops, dumplings. And they sent extra egg rolls tons of sauces. delicious!

My opinion, the best Chinese food around. Have tried other places numerous times until a friend recommended this place. Everything I've tried has been great. Even friends love the food. Small place, take out only, no chairs. But service is fast and friendly. Usually go here once a month and always happy with food. Make sure to ask for extra sauces if you need them.
