I’ve been in the pizza and restaurant business for over 30 years and I have to say that their pizza is different and amazing even better than my pizza place I owned in the past. and the service is even better they Greet you with a smile
We’ve ordered a few times. The pizza has always been stellar. It’s become our go to whenever we get the craving. The chicken parms can be inconsistent. Never bad, but sometimes crazy good. Feel like on some orders they could have cooked the cutlet longer (can tell by color) or maybe the breading is different? I give that a pass though because the pizza is so good.
Never had New Haven CT style pizza before, so can't say how this really compares. However just on this compared to traditional NYC pizza, it's a more dense dough with more chew. When fresh out of the oven, it's delicious. The sauce was a tangy, slightly overly salty sauce, but top quality cheese. The knots were over the top covered, but it worked well. I knew while eating it that it would not be as good cold and would be very chewy. Ate a slice that night...
