I do not recommend going to this KFC. My wife was craving fried chicken so we went to this store on Friday March 15 2024. The young man behind the register asked if we were ready and we said yes and ordered the 16 piece bucket extra crispy with the 4 large sides and 8 biscuits. The manager, or the young lady I assume was the manager because she made all the decisions without consulting anyone else, said I do not have enough chicken to cover this order. This was the best dining ext I e had in a long time brought my kid and hubby here and my card wasn't swiping so I can back twice they were kind and patient with me while I paid for everything and the food was so delicious all of it the staff was awesome and I can't wait to be back again. Ok so I thought it was just me but after reading the reviews it isn't.. Yes let's start with the staff.. Rude as ever.. No customer service skills. Food was disgusting.. The thigh I got was so small it didn't even have the thigh bone in it. The drum was the size of a half dollar. I used to come here every week faithfully cuz I live across the street. Now not anymore. I'll switch location. I'd rather drive the distance then deal with that.
