This is my favorite frozen yoghurt place, I love it a lot.
There are no complaints from me.

always yummy except the new york cheesecake flavor is like lowkey disgusting. i recommend cookie monster (discontinued š) and cookie dough

There were 4 vegan flavors when I went (watermelon sorbet, mango sorbet, oatly vanilla, and oatly latte). I enjoyed all of them. For toppings, I got wet walnuts, which were very delicious, and oreo pieces. There used to be vegan cookie dough bites that I really enjoyed, but I didn't see them this time (there were cookie dough bites, but not labeled as vegan). I would like some more vegan flavors and toppings to make this place even better.
LOVE LOVE LOVE 16 handles... this is my second home... the staff is so nice especially the social media manger whoever it is they need a raise. So so yummy!!!

I like coming to this 16 handles at the Rutgers campus, because of the college vibe, and itās on the outskirts of the campus so itās easy to get to. Love the various flavors you get, and all of the toppings! There is plenty of room to sit inside, or outside.
Dietary restrictions: I am watching my weight, so there are plenty of low-fat, frozen yogurt options, plus a few fruits, but I like to treat myself to all of the chocolate toppings!

Havenāt had 16 Handled in a long while so we sought out the closest location to us which was about 30 minutes. Well worth it! The yogurt and toppings are fresh and delicious, but the biggest takeaway is how absolutely PRISTINE and CLEAN the owner keeps the counter area. Toppings are neat and fresh. After every group of customers, the sections between each topping are cleaned with a small food brush. While I was here, fresh fruit was taken from the back kitchen and refilled a few times. I am highly impressed. Will surely be back!

This is a cool spot for frozen yogurt. Itās a unique concept, where they have self serve / soft serve yogurt dispensers (handles!) with multiple creative flavors, then you add any toppings you want. Unlike most dessert shops that charge one fee, 16 Handles charges by weight, so the more frozen yogurt and toppings you choose, the more you pay. The flavor and topping selections are great, and thereās something for everyone. Just be advised itās not exactly cheap. We ordered for three and it was over $30. I guess my kids really loaded up on the toppings! But itās a fun concept, great stuff, and right in the middle of Rutgersā campus. They did have some seating inside and outside. We visited after college let out for the summer, so there were no lines or crowds, and free parking was available on the street. Iām not sure if thatās an issue during that school year. I definitely recommend checking this out if youāre up for some self serve / soft serve frozen yogurt!

The place was extremely dirty and disorganized. Maybe it was due to staffing and to be fair, I've never seen it like this before.

The blonde girl at the front locked the door early and a few of my friends tried to come in and when the door opened from the inside we tried to walk in she got angry and said ā the door is locked for a reason. Get outā. I mean she couldāve put a note out or something because it said it closes at 10:30 not 8. ? how were we supposed to know? like the attitude was not needed she couldāve just given a short explanation instead idk
