Terrible experience -- do not trust this Baskin-Robbins with your special occasions!
I ordered a custom printed birthday cake design *a month in advance*, and they completely botched it. The image I submitted was purple with orange accents -- it came out turquoise with yellow. The staff tried to brush it off "Oh, it was supposed to be purple...? Sorry about that..."
The manager said she'd told the owner to stop accepting these orders bc their printer can't print any red tones -- but they accepted my order anyway, didn't warn me, and refused to try to get it corrected even though the party wasn't until the next day. They wouldn't even TRY to contact another BR location that could have printed it properly.
This caused unnecessary stress and left us with an ugly cake as the centerpiece of a special day.
Completely careless and avoidable.
Btw - The frosting was also the wrong color and poorly piped. I'm sure their non-custom cakes also look sloppy.

Gentleman said he doesn’t have chocolate ice cream.. 1/2 most popular flavors besides vanilla. I suppose because it was 8:50pm he couldn’t be bothered to grab another container of chocolate ice cream before closing time. I suppose that makes me responsible for paying FULL price to get the flavor ice cream I don’t truly want... Either way, 1/5 stars because I feel like if he wanted to he could’ve said I care about your order, I’ll go to the back and replace the chocolate ice cream.. that’s something I would do.. I have come to realize people that complain tend to get the full service they pay for.. but for me in this case, not necessarily so. God forbid an employee who is paid a wage to do a job … actually do it to its entirety.

I don’t understand the person who is serving the ice cream. I agree he is a little slow. But what’s with the attitude towards customers and the cleanliness? I went to pick my order which I had ordered online. I went at exact time. But he took more than half hour to make my one scoop of ice cream. Mind you there is not many people in store. And while serving my scoop , some the ice cream fell on the counter surface. He scooped and put in my cup. ?. His behavior is same all the times I had visited. Always grumpy and makes everyone feel awry .

Worst people, no professionalism. They don’t know how to manage customer. My kids waiting 15 min but they figure out how to manage 2 customer. Swapping places and filling half of the order. When I asked they are saying we are busy in filling order.
I could have given zero star but no option.
Complete nonsense, avoid this place if you have option.

Slow service at the Baskin Robbins side. Same people service dunkin donuts. This guy with a name of buddy(can't be his real name) rude and looks miserable working there. I won't go back. Worst service I gotten at an ice cream place

Waited for 20 mins with no service. They kept taking coffee orders for new customers but no one showed up even after asking them to help. Just left and picked up a cake from different place.

This is the worst Baskin Robbins. Every sunday night they NEVER have the basic flavors such as vanilla and chocolate. The employees are always like “we get the delivery on Mondays”…. Bruh, but if they already know by Sundays they run out, they should order extra….

There was a guy there i wish i got his name but he was super nice and helpful!! I asked for layered sundaes, and sadly they dont do them anymore, he told me. I got 2 regular 2 scoop oreo sundaes instead and they were so delish!!! I think he kinda layered it himself bc there was lots of hot fudge and toppings on the top AND bottom!! I am very happy with my ice cream i hate it when some places put like 5 pieces of ur topping on top, this dude loaded me up!!! Thank you sir you rock i wish i got your name!!!

Tried their ice cream several times but wasn’t satisfied a single time! I used to love Baskin while living in Ohio, but here in NJ not a single Baskin is enough good to me! The last time I tried their ice cream, it was full of ice stuck below & wasn’t moist at all! The Stelton road one offers bad service too, I’m very disappointed!!

Most of the flavours were empty and had only a few less preferred ice creams. Their scoops are huge so one scoop filled a medium cup and flavours were average. Caution if you are trying Rum raisin flavour for the first time as it tastes awfully weird and had to throw it off. The seating area and store was maintained clean and hygienic.
