Waited for 20 mins with no service. They kept taking coffee orders for new customers but no one showed up even after asking them to help. Just left and picked up a cake from different place.

This is the worst Baskin Robbins. Every sunday night they NEVER have the basic flavors such as vanilla and chocolate. The employees are always like “we get the delivery on Mondays”…. Bruh, but if they already know by Sundays they run out, they should order extra….

There was a guy there i wish i got his name but he was super nice and helpful!! I asked for layered sundaes, and sadly they dont do them anymore, he told me. I got 2 regular 2 scoop oreo sundaes instead and they were so delish!!! I think he kinda layered it himself bc there was lots of hot fudge and toppings on the top AND bottom!! I am very happy with my ice cream i hate it when some places put like 5 pieces of ur topping on top, this dude loaded me up!!! Thank you sir you rock i wish i got your name!!!

Tried their ice cream several times but wasn’t satisfied a single time! I used to love Baskin while living in Ohio, but here in NJ not a single Baskin is enough good to me! The last time I tried their ice cream, it was full of ice stuck below & wasn’t moist at all! The Stelton road one offers bad service too, I’m very disappointed!!

Most of the flavours were empty and had only a few less preferred ice creams. Their scoops are huge so one scoop filled a medium cup and flavours were average. Caution if you are trying Rum raisin flavour for the first time as it tastes awfully weird and had to throw it off. The seating area and store was maintained clean and hygienic.

The friendliest BR ever! Grace, the manager, is awesome and so helpful and kind, she helped me with the online order that was not available in stock, and basically saved a party. Coming here for all my ice cream cakes now!

They close much before the closing time, doesn’t care to respond to the customer waiting at the door even after seeing multiple.They must change the time and updated sheet must be kept in the door.VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️

I got a single scoop cone. They didn't have any waffle cones. The cone is empty with one small/average sized scoop on top, and it was quite sad in comparison to a brusters small, for example. The only good thing is the abundance of flavor options.
