I haven't been here and doubt i will be but why do they one only sell chicken tenders and no whole pieces of chicken i have been to plenty bojangles and never seen this not even from bojangles in airports.

This is THE WORST BOJANGLES IN AMERICA. I made an order through the drive thru. After I paid, I was handed my drink with no straw, then told to drive up and wait for my order near the parking lot. I waited almost ten minutes. I had to park my car and come inside. They totally forgot about my order!!!! They took my money, handled other customers, told me to wait outside , and then never came outside to give me anything. They started grilling my sandwich 20 mins later when I came inside. Avoid this place. It’s the worse.

my first time trying and I was pleasantly surprised! Salad with grilled chicken was good and every dessert I tried was great except the peach cobbler.

The menu is limited and nothing like the menus down south even the way they cook and season the fries is different no season and over cooked and the on sell chicken strips 🤦🏿🤦🏿🤦🏿🤦🏿 its a bootleg bojangles for up north folks that don't know no better 🤷🏾♂️

Came here not expecting much based on other reviews but blown away with atmosphere and customer experience. Camemin with good music playing the cashier humming along to music. Cashier noticed me and wife bickering and was humored :) food was excellent made our day start off good we will be back just based on the service we had.

Do not order delivery from here. Twice now we’ve ordered from here and there is always something missing. Today I ordered two 3 piece tender meals and each box only came with 2 tenders. Last time we were missing an entire chicken sandwich meal. When you call the store, they tell you to submit the form online to get a refund but nothing ever happens. The food is good if you go to the store yourself and can make sure you have all items. Delivery is horrendous.
