Don’t eat bk much but this location actually is very nice. The food is nice and hot when you get it, the chicken sandwich is my fav and it’s always hot and juicy- so good ! Although the bread is not as fresh as Wendy’s next door, the service is quick. There’s no music whatsoever when you dine in which is a bit weird but whatever, it’s all good.

We don’t eat BK that much but we love their French toast sticks, they’re affordable and a good on the run item. At some point they’ve implemented a “policy” that if you order French toast sticks now, you “have” to get syrup .. to which they charge .25 each for. Syrup does not come with them.That makes no sense to me. We don’t even use their syrup and when I asked about this the staff told me they didn’t have details, it was just a policy now. I then asked “so I HAVE to be charged for something that I don’t even use??” And they couldn’t answer me. It’s .50 cents which isn’t a lot but … still. Just FYI

When I was trying to place an order at the drive-thru, the staff kept saying they didn’t understand what I was saying four times, even though I was speaking clearly and didn’t have an accent. I feel like they were playing a prank on me. It was extremely disrespectful and frustrating. I will never go to this Burger King again.

This BK is not good. First they didn’t have an item that I wanted and although they did replace it, the rest of the food including the replacement item was awful. Cold and overly salted food items. I’ve been craving BK for a while and this was a huge disappointment

Living in PA I recently noticed while holding my Whopper in one hand that BK was no longer living up to it's old slogan. Today I stopped in Piscataway NJ where my Whopper absolutely required "two hands to handle a whopper"! It was also fresh and delicious with HOT fries that were cooked. So nice to come home to Piscataway!

Whatever the price says on the menu add 3 bucks to each meal. Price at menu is not the same at check out. I paid over 13 bucks for a meal priced at under 11 bucks. I thought it was some surprise tax I haven’t heard of but no just simple F U dishonesty in there pricing.

Wow just had the worst whopper ever this evening! Literally a burger, no tomatoes, barely any lettuce or onions. Looked like somehitng out of a commercial where they say our burger and their burger with what I had being the "burger no one wants". Absolutely disappointment! And the fries were old and the onion rings were all of the left over dried up crunch parts from the bottom that no one should serve to a paying customer.Funny enough the employees were having their meals served at the time I was at the drive thru window so guess where we know the fresh fries and onion rings went!Next time I am there I am going to talk to a manager about this experience.
