I went through the drive thru, I order 2 whopper jrs. As I was eaten my food I notice it didn't taste right, I looked at the burger and it was a green color and it had a funny smell. Please check your meat at this Burger King, I will not be going back to this Burger King!!!

I got two crispy chicken, both were spoiled, noticed a fungus or moldy green in the bun. Poor quality. My kids were eating one of them, I hope they didn’t consume it. I need to check anyway. Are you guys doing any quality check at all?

I spent 40 MINUTES one time waiting for a SMALL order. They answer the drive-thru speaker MORE THAN half the time.. My orders messed up. Charged me more and gave me less. Forgot my sauces. Do better BK

Services sucks. Arrived at the drive through, only person at the display board. Two cars sitting at the pick up window while I waited to give my order. Sat for 5-10 minutes while the two cars got their food. No one came into the speaker so spoke up and asked if they were open, no response. Continued to sit patiently. Spoke up a few more times with no response. A car ques behind me and another car skips the menu board and orders at the window. I leave the que and entered the store. Asked if their drive through works, was told yes, and immediately left. While leaving the lot I saw a que at the window 3 or 4 cars long. Wasted 15 minutes trying to order a quick lunch. Manager is unhelpful, staff is disorganized. It’s fast food, recommend you go across to chick fil a. You’ll wait just as long at this location as any chick fil a location.

The girl in the back was on her phone for three minutes, oblivious that I was standing at the cash register. When she finally saw me, she called for her coworker some other man who I assume may be a manager or a lead. He was in the side office eating. They came out and handed me my food. I prefer the Burger King in Woodbridge on Saint George’s Avenue. The staff at that location are always nice, this location needs to take

Nice location . Right on stelton road and very close to all other shopping places. When you are busy going around stelton and want a quick meal - this one is well placed . Went a bit late . They did not have table service . They just had drive through. Wish they opened the restaurant for customers to use washrooms etc , but we were just told to use the drive through counter . Not too pricey .
Service was ok . Kids love the burger and fries , through I’m not a fan of this food :). Parking facilities are good. Thought of giving a 3 star but gave it a 4 …

When I went to pick up my order, the man at the counter was rude and kept whispering to his coworker while helping me. It felt unprofessional and made the experience unpleasant.
Service here is horrible. No reason to wait in a drive thru (being the only car) for 5-10 min waiting for someone to pick up and take my order. Gotta get their act together with customer service. Took my business to Wendy’ right next door.

Don’t eat bk much but this location actually is very nice. The food is nice and hot when you get it, the chicken sandwich is my fav and it’s always hot and juicy- so good ! Although the bread is not as fresh as Wendy’s next door, the service is quick. There’s no music whatsoever when you dine in which is a bit weird but whatever, it’s all good.
