Don’t eat here if you want to get sick, seriously. Joe stuffs his hands in his pants all the time and makes the food with no problem. And no gloves. All the other co workers just follow along. The food here is also expired

Being a long time customer of Chanel making many purchases across the country..I of course love the brand. You could call me an avid fan of Chanel. Including the history with a beautiful story of Ms. Coco. However, please let me warn all consumers that Chanel is fabulous as long as you are making a purchase. Even down to the cute white little sticky flower and white ribbon. but if you plan for your $3000 to $7000 bag to be passed down to your grandkids forget about it. I sent a handbag in last December 15th 2021. it has now officially been over one year since they have had my bag. the value of the bag is $****.** purchased at a Las Vegas boutique. Their actual store. after months of research, hours of sitting on hold (at least 12 phone calls and over 30 hours of hold and wait) I managed to get two people on their main customer service line. I was able to narrow down the warehouse in 876 Centennial Ave in Piscataway NJ. Keep in mind the tiny kiosk In Neiman Marcus in Charlotte NC sent it in. What would that take...Two days? So my bag is sitting there likely among a thousand others on a shelf waiting for repair....sent in Dec. 15th of 2021I have the Internal Repair form issued by Chanel Id love to post here if there were a photo button(guessing I'm not the first to try that) The problem I have is not only that they still have my bag...its the total lack of response and the dismissing the consumer... the manger of handbags at Neiman has called and contacted the person at this center for over a year as well. She finally gave me her contact info which I should be posting as well of the person at Chanel responsible for repairs...They have blatantly ignored Neiman as well..

I will not come here unless I do rapid pick up. No sense of urgency at all. And I waited at the front desk for 8 minutes to be served and 2 women were up front never even acknowledged me and I was not on even on my phone I was waiting by the register. If I would have have my debit card I would have used the machine. Front counter Customer sucks need to work on it. My food was on point as usual. But I was late for work.
