Probably one of the worst Dominos I’ve ever seen. Delivery takes Hour or you’ll never receive it. The employees will leave you on the phone for 15+ mins waiting to see where your food is or they will just hang up. Definitely done with this one. Gave it 3 chances.

Hygiene issue !! I asked for a box of Garlic knots. The associate doesn't have gloves on his hand. He put a pen on his mouth and removed it. Then he was making the garlic knots with same hands. Immediately I cancelled the order. Incident happened today between 12 pm to 12.30 pm. Associate told me they don't have any gloves. I asked for manager he told me he is the store incharge.

I ordered for carside delivery, but for whatever reason, when I checked in per usual, no one brought my order. They even turned off my pickup tracker on the app. After 10 minutes of waiting, I was forced to go inside. I had my little ones in the car and this was very inconvenient. No apologies from them, nothing. This is not good business practice.

I have ordered from this particular Dominos and the food has been outstanding. Fresh and still piping hot both times it was delivered. The quality level from this store (4578) yes I looked it up, has been excellent. Thank you!

My wife and i ordered pizza and stuffed cheesy bread. Usually when we order it takes 30 mins or so altogether to receive the food. Today almost 2 hours have gone by and still nothing. My dog then starts to bark so i look outside my window to see if they arrived. An old green lexus suv is at my neighbors house. As the driver of the vehicle drives by my house he is wearing the dominos hat. Guy drove past my house and hasnt returned. Ive been on hold with the piscataway store for 30 mins after being told they will call back. We’ve called multiple times to obtain a refund and they will not answer their phone. The guy i spoke to on the phone seemed like he doesnt care about how dominos looks bad in this situation. Im currently calling dominos again and still no answer after an hour waiting on hold.

Just go ahead and shut this location down. They lied about attempting curbside delivery saying I wasn’t there when I was already there and parked in the designated spot when I placed the order. They were just too lazy to come outside. I waited forever before I finally went inside and they had the nerve to make me wait once I went in. There were no other customers. The pizza toppings were extremely scarce and they forgot to give my sauces. Not worth my money and time at all.

Worst experience in years. Seems the location in Walmart needs to up their game. the Pizza was not cooked well. It was partially cooked. The toppings were too little to be found. And worst of all, the facility was out of Red Pepper sachets. Thankfully it was in Walmart, so was able to buy the red pepper. I'd recommend the South Plainfied Maple Ave location 100 times over this till they improve (but whose going there to find out)
