Very poor service. They charged me for an item that was not put in my bag. They messed up my order. Their coffee cup lids are dirty found hair on it. That store is dirty. They need new staff and cleaning done there.

While ordering, I was cut off multiple times as I tried to order a large hot pumpkin swirl latte and some food. The guy charged me for a large iced pumpkin swirl latte and an original hot large latte (he was asking me so many questions as I tried to order I guess he thought I wanted 2 separate drinks despite me repeating the same thing a few times while also being talked over) and when I told him I just wanted a hot pumpkin swirl Latte, he told me I was wrong and I ordered an iced pumpkin swirl latte and a regular hot a few times before reimbursing me for the pylon latte. I left with an original latte but at least it was hot I guess
