This is the worst Dunkin’ I have ever been too. I walked in and the old lady was working in tthe front and was training a new worker, i ordered an iced latte and in her own language she told the new trainee to just make me an iced coffee, not knowing that i can understand her. She has constantly told me to take surveys and give her good reviews for her bad service. This Dunkin’ is the most unclean and bad smelling Dunkin i have ever stepped foot into. The counter is sticky, the floor is sticky and its overall just disgusting.

Ordered at counter, order was put in wrong after even checking how many items ordered. I assume he was the owner/manager was yelling out order of each item on receipt. First let me finish the order, because i didn't think it was mine. No apology for missing items girl didn't put in he said go check receipt and reorder. Poorly run, we were first to order with no one there, last to leave after 4 customers.

I went in to get a coffee just now and a donut but the guy that was supposed to be on the counter was on clean up duty he was touching the garbage didn't wash his hands and took my order which I only order coffee Because I saw him putting a full garbage black bag next to register behing the counter. He told her to come out nthe lady on the back that was cleaning the pots and she came out with her hands all dirty and wet she said the were clean. This place is placing our health in danger.

Extremely poor service, no urgency whatsoever. Lady making the food was slamming utensils and did not seem to have any care for what she was doing. Extremely disappointing service, had to wait 30+ minutes for an item I never got.
