Long time Dunkin lover here.. but this location is terrible.
it’s holiday time and i order the cookie butter cold brew coffe with extra cold foam (obviously this would be the cookie butter foam right..?)
i very politely tell the woman that this is not what I ordered, when it comes up. And she proceeds to give me a snotty attitude and to “fix” it dumped half of the drink out, filled it with regular cold brew coffee, and put a scoop of the cold foam on top. So there was no ice in my drink. It tasted like sink water and still got no cookie butter anything.
I will never go to this Dunkin’ Donuts again which is a shame because it’s the closest to my job. I also never leave bad reviews especially for those in customer service, but I will today because it was so intentionally not corrected, and i had to go across the street to starbucks and pay for a second coffee after just spending $8 shit.

My friend and I ordered iced coffees with specific customizations, but when we received our drinks, the customizations were missing. When we asked for them to be corrected, the issue was only partially addressed, and I ultimately had to take the drink as it was. I also noticed that several other customers’ orders appeared to have similar issues.

I visited this location and ordered hash browns on the kiosk. Right after, I went to the woman cooking to ask if they could be double toasted. Before I could even finish speaking, she cut me off with “give me a second” and then called out my order. When I explained they were mine and that I like them extra crunchy, she snatched the bag back, shook her head, and put them in the oven. Once finished, she tossed them into the bag and threw them onto the counter without eye contact or a single word! I still said thank you and wished her a nice day, but the interaction felt dismissive. I think this location could really benefit from some extra customer service training to make guests feel more welcome.

The older Indian lady was very rude. She ignores you when you ask a question. I ordered a bagel through the app and was told butter was extra. I was told I was supposed to had added that on in the app. I’m an avid DD customer. But when I tell you I would never return back to this location ever. I mean that. This place should get shut down. Customers make a business. It’s clear other people are having issues with this place also. I will be contacting customer service and making a complaint. I’ll also be contacting the BBB.

Ikram, the manager at Dunkin', is absolutely fantastic! She always greets customers with a smile and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has a great experience. The staff is well-trained and efficient, and it's clear that Ikram's leadership makes a huge difference. Thanks to her, this Dunkin' location is always a pleasure to visit!

Gave me the wrong donut and when I brought to the cashier's attention she put it back on the shelf. Mind you, I reached into the bag and discovered it was wrong. Why would you put a donut a customer touched back on the shelf for sale?
Clean restaurant & bathrooms. Parking lot had some trash. Good coffees.
