Since when do they charge $1 extra to add whip cream on a Frozen Matcha Latte. I gave her cash too, I hope she is not keeping it to her self. Didn't sound right especially when my other small Frozen chocolate drink said whipped cream on receipt and never had whipped cream and to top it off they almost forgot to give me my donuts. When I asked for my donuts the lady wanted to see my bag as if I was lying. My other bag had 2 bacon, egg and cheese wraps. Poor customer service.

I was in a huge rush and went to pick up my order. By the time I had drove away and got ready to eat my choc glazed munchkins, I saw they had given me the regular glazed, which I didn’t want. Really disappointing and frustrating, but my drink was fine, and typically I don’t have issues.

My last review was removed but I want to make it known that I came in on Christmas day around 12:30Pm and while the service from the employees was good, I watched as the manager put his hands on one of the female employees while scolding her behind the cash register. I watched the employee return to work with tears and the manager would return to continue scolding her in another language. This behavior is unacceptable and I will never spend my money here again.

This place is in my neighborhood. Communication is very poor. I always have a problem at this location. That why I seldom come. I wish the staff would, Managers inclued would listen. Simply listen. And, the attitudes really need to be adjusted to a kinder customer approach. Nobody wants to argue with your staff at 8 am in the morning over 'ice'. Really got my blood boiling.

Bought with app in person. Was supposed to get free donut. But the app charged full price and Receipt stated that I was supposed to have money returned. The staff refused to act like it was given free and no change returned even though recipes states to return money to customer. Never had this problem anywhere else.

Ordered a Blue Raspberry coolatta it was basically straight crushed ice. They didn’t blend it and barely put any syrup, i ended up just throwing it out

Service was quick and efficient not particularly friendly but not rude. I ordered a turkey egg and cheese on an English muffin which was as good as expected and the same for the hash browns. The bathroom was clean and tidy. It’s Dunkin’ Donuts I’m not expecting much.
The whole place is a mess not worth dining in at all. I don't think we're going back:(

The service has gotten increasingly worse as well as the quality of their food and drinks. I would go here all the time but my orders are always wrong and a very long wait. The employees aren’t very polite or friendly either. Sad cause this location is convenient but worth it to go to another dunkin at this point.
