The manager was yelling at the employees over open sugar. He needs to tone it down. Yelling at employees in front of customers to very unprofessional there was no need for him to yell at them. The staff is always pleasant smiling and happy.

This location of dunkin has been a delight to shop at, the crew is very nice to work with and are nice to converse with. The place was very clean and neat when I went, very busy but the food is always fresh especially the coffee. They are helpful with the rewards on the dunkin app and are willing to help you. I would say this is one of my favorite restaurants!

Will do order after order for drive through , and ignore your order. You will sit there wondering how many drive through orders were completed while you wait.

I live close and I hate to say this because I really don’t like posting negative reviews, but I go out of my way to go to the Middlesex location in Middlesex borough because this location to say the least is slow and I feel like the people that work here are rude. When you come up to the window they act like they are doing you a favor and they don’t want to be there. The only reason I stop here once in a while is if I’m in a rush and I have to be at work earlier otherwise I avoid this location at all costs and I suggest anybody else that reads this does the same

This Dunkin always prioritizes the drive thru before walk in customers. ALL the DONUTS with sprinkles should just be plain because there’s barely ever any sprinkles on the donut. The coffee seems watery as well. If it wasn’t so close to me I would go to another Dunkin. This is not the first time.
