I was in a huge rush and went to pick up my order. By the time I had drove away and got ready to eat my choc glazed munchkins, I saw they had given me the regular glazed, which I didn’t want. Really disappointing and frustrating, but my drink was fine, and typically I don’t have issues.

Service was quick and efficient not particularly friendly but not rude. I ordered a turkey egg and cheese on an English muffin which was as good as expected and the same for the hash browns. The bathroom was clean and tidy. It’s Dunkin’ Donuts I’m not expecting much.

I always use the drive-thru. The workers are super-efficient & get the order right 99% of the time. However, their donuts are not always fresh. That's a problem when you're looking forward to a nice little treat-which is why I did not give them a higher rating in the "food" area. I would still recommend this place because they have quality drinks & swift, courteous service.
