Living in Piscataway for 16 years , this place is less than a mile from my house and I frequent often . Liked it but the weekday evenings have two racist ladies serving the bar. This needs to change.

We had a surprise birthday party at Pizza and Pasta this past Saturday, the 18th. The owner, Amparo, did an excellent job in planning for this event...from the decorations to the food and everything in between. The food, I might add, was absolutely delicious...pizza, salad, bread, penne vodka, eggplant rollatini and chicken marsala. I highly recommend Pizza and Pasta if you are just looking to stop for a drink, a bite to eat or schedule a party! You wont' be disappointed.

I asked for delivery to a hotel. They want cash only although driver was fast and awesome attitude using man. Pizza super tasty muza sticks awesome! Cold sub so-so. Bread was heavy and bulky. French fries were delicious. Pricing was fair

Came to pick up a large pizza and an order of Spaghetti with Bolognese sauce. I paid for a large pizza with pepperoni, and I would say that the pizza was very small, and had very few pepperoni. There wasn't much cheese, huge bread crusts and overall very mediocre for a restaurant with "best pizza in New Jersey" on the front door. Was maybe a 2 or 3/10 for the pizza, would not buy it again, frozen pizza is better.
My wife didn't even think she had Bolognese on her pasta, but after dumping all the pasta out there was a slightly orange/yellow liquid on the bottom. She was extremely disappointed and didn't even eat it. Absolutely a joke to call it Bolognese, it was as if they microwaved a bowl or canned marinara and gave us the runny water that's left over in the bowl. For almost $30 for the meal it was a complete waste. We were just hoping for some good comfort food and would've been better just buying pre -made grocery store food.
Service was excellent. Home-made pasta, sausage. Prices great. Forgot to take pics of food...great pizza and pasta!!

Ordered from them thrice, would not be returning. Every time I ordered pasta, the 1st order was so good I went two more times. 2nd time they disappointed me with angel hair pesto, it tasted almost bad and super garlicy, and the complimentary Cesar salad was a fail, the sauce was weird. Foul tasting food. 3rd attempt I went back to what I ordered the first time around, hoping it be just as good but was disappointed again. I ordered fettuccine Alfredo, the sauce was on the bottom, all liquidy, no creaminess and the pasta was overcooked with no salt or flavor, I mixed everything, hoping it will taste good, it tasted ok, hence the two stars but I found plastic pieces (like a transparent bag or something cut into my food) not just once, but twice. Like what? Not returning because like everybody I’ve had ok tasting food, and I’ll eat it to fill my stomach but literally the last two orders, I ate 30%, garbaged 70% so it’s not worth it in my opinion. The price point ain’t great either. They charge for food plus if it’s a take out, they charge you for the takeout box. Makes no sense to me.
