I called in a order and said I would be their in 15 mins. When I arrived 20 mins d later they didn’t even have the courtesy to look up and ask why I was waiting. I eventually asked about my order and they stated it would be out soon. I waited for 58 mins then had to leave with no lunch to make Work deadline worst jersey mikes I have ever been to

They charged me $18 an change for a BLT with no extra toppings that's how much it is. It was a less than mid grade sub like quick check is higher quality then what they gave me an they only charge 10. I walked out of there feeling extra scammed

You will sick here,,, cutting sandwiches next to the register with plastic gloves on and handling money all in the same breath long extreme wait times and short staffed cleanliness is definitely not part of this

At least four times in all of 2023 we've placed orders using your app and every single time it's easily 40 minutes wait for one or two subs because the staff never checks the app orders, it's not a new thing that happened today. It also happened in winter, happened twice during the summer and it keeps happening, train your staff better, put on a giant neon sign reminding them to check the app orders, how is this still an issue? Do better.Food's always good, but there's no point ordering ahead of you'll have to wait longer than ordering right there.
