Ordered from here through Uber Eats. Ordered 4 subs, only received 3. Of the 3 two were labeled the wrong thing. The previous time I ordered 4 subs from here on Uber Eats, I also only received 3. The people who work here couldn't care less. They can't even count to 4. How hard is it to make sure you are giving out 4 subs? Last time I called and talked to the "manager" about double checking orders before sending. He wasn't at all concerned. Told me I could come and get it. Since I had to run out to get my daughter a sandwich today, I got her one from somewhere else.

At least four times in all of 2023 we've placed orders using your app and every single time it's easily 40 minutes wait for one or two subs because the staff never checks the app orders, it's not a new thing that happened today. It also happened in winter, happened twice during the summer and it keeps happening, train your staff better, put on a giant neon sign reminding them to check the app orders, how is this still an issue? Do better.Food's always good, but there's no point ordering ahead of you'll have to wait longer than ordering right there.

This location was clean and the staff were super friendly (wiping down the cutting machine without me asking)! I’m vegan, so I ordered a veggie sandwich with all the fixings. I love the taste of the vinegar/oil/herbs. The price was decent: sandwich, drink and chip combo + tip = less than $15

When this Piscataway location first opened, it became one of my top 3 sub places in my 50 years of existence in NJ. The taste, quality, service, and portions were all great even if they missed their time commitments at times. All their different subs were well worth the wait and I used to get responses from their management. Within a year, this changed and the quality took a nosedive. Much less meat, ignored instructions, and a total lack of concern took over. For example, the late cheesesteak I ordered last month didn't have any filling on both ends and the ingredients I asked for on the side were put on the sub. As a test, I went to another location much farther away which thankfully was much better - but too far from home. Oh well.
