Wow! This place has really gone down hill. I came in for a take out order I placed over phone. It turns out the guy behind the bar who puts the orders together behind the bar (Sunday at 2:15) does not know what he is doing at all. I got half of the 2 orders I was supposed to get. He never packed them properly leaving out many items I paid for. I know it was incredibly busy, but management should have the proper people doing their jobs the correct way in those situations.. Unfortunately I never checked the bag before I left (but that is not my job). It should have been done correctly. When I got home (10-15 minute drive) that is when I noticed things were missing.. I wasn't about to drive 15 minutes back there to retrieve my missing items.. I cannot believe how bad this place has gotten. This was always our most favorite place to go, but not anymore. I will always remember this place now as a big rip-off with staff that do not know what they are doing . Time to check out the other restaurants in the area. I know the food is good, but this experience ruined what I think about this place.

This was my first time here. All three of my family members ordered steaks. We all ordered medium rare. All the steaks were perfect! The baked potato had way too much salt on the skin, but otherwise everything was excellent!

Always excellent service, drinks and food! Hannah the manager worked with me to arrange a birthday luncheon for my husband’s birthday. I had 18 guests including us. I preordered the menu of chicken wings, stuffed mushrooms as appetizers, salad and Flo’s 9oz filet mignon and lobster tail with a side. Everything was cooked perfectly and was delicious! The steaks are always tender! Thank you! The steaks are always amazing because it’s cooked perfectly to our medium rare. It’s seasoned as we requested! Thank you! We brought our own birthday cake and we ordered coffee and tea at Longhorn’s. Our server Dawn was absolutely amazing!!!!!She got every order correctly and was constantly checking our beverages for refills! She was constantly clearing the tables for more room while enjoying our meal. Amazing service!!!!! Thank you Dawn! A really nice, friendly, efficient and professional server! Thank you so much DAWN! 💜 Friends orders were wine, spritzers, beer and margaritas! Excellent! And~ I cannot forget the delicious fresh hot bread!! Delicious with the soft spread butter on it! It melts in your mouth! I’ll definitely be back as much as I can for lunch and dinner! ( Always wear loose pants here! LOL ) Excellent food and service from Hannah the Manager, Dawn our fabulous server and the others assisting at this Longhorn Steakhouse in Piscataway NJ.!!! Thank you! Bad servers, everyone has an attitude and they make you wait a long time once your already seated to place take your order. Just drive up 287 to the Woodbridge location. It's better there or go to Texas Roadhouse. The food there is excellent and offer more variety.
