Poor Customer Service Experience – Order #628
Hi, I stopped by after my son’s baseball game on Sunday to pick up order number 628. The manager, David (wearing a button-down shirt), was extremely unprofessional and rude to my family.
After paying over $80 for our order, my kids politely asked for extra barbecue sauce, and David responded with an attitude. His behavior was unnecessary and left a really bad impression.
I’ve always enjoyed your food, but after this experience, I don’t plan on visiting this location again.

The night staff here is incredibly rude and unprofessional. They rush you to place your order and make unnecessary comments about what you’re getting. I was so turned off by their attitude that I decided to skip ordering altogether — who wants to spend money at an establishment that clearly doesn’t value its customers? The server here are very nice. We ordered breakfast meals 5 minutes past 11am. Usually they don’t offer breakfast after 11. But they still made breakfast for us. We like the breakfast here.
