Just finished eating here, my order was ready since I ordered online. I ordered customizable bowl, I feel like some ingredients are missing from the bowl. Barely put other veggies and dressings. I selected to get Free chips and salsa with my order but I only got chips without salsa.

It's fine, this Moe's is my usual pick for lunch when I have class on Busch. However, it's a dice roll who is filling your bowl. Some are fine, but other some people give you so little it's absurd, especially this one lady. Whenever I see her there, I skip getting food from here. Who scoops an entire ladle of beans just to quickly barely empty half of it into your bowl, and puts the rest back?

The workers are nice, but the food is poorer quality than in other locations. The rice is consistently hard - likely stale. I’m not sure why this Moe’s is different than others - isn’t the food prep a fairly standardized process?
