The soup was watered down, the shrimp scampi had very little sauce the asparagus was cut into really small pieces and the bread was hard and crumbled when you tried to eat it. I had a bad experience last year and my friend and I decided to give it last try. I’m sorry I did and will not go to this location again.
Parking: Handicap and regular Parking in front. Other parking on sides and behind the restaurant.

Service was extremely slow from start to finish. Hostesses and managers were seen all just standing around with their phones in hand while the waiter was never to be found when needed. Food was mediocre at best, typical chain restaurant food nothing more. Nice smiley faces all around but work needs to be done here

I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with my recent experience at the Olive Garden in Piscataway. While I’ve enjoyed their food in the past, this visit was far from the standard I expected.
To start, our server was completely disinterested and inattentive. I ordered a salad, which was entirely forgotten until I had to ask for it again—when it finally arrived, there were no plates provided, leaving us scrambling to figure out how to eat it. Throughout the meal, the server barely checked on us, and we had to wait far too long for drink refills. It felt like we were an afterthought, as though our dining experience didn’t matter at all.
While the food itself was decent, the poor service completely overshadowed the meal. To make matters worse, I emailed the manager, Maria, about my experience, hoping for some acknowledgment or resolution, but I never received a response. It’s clear that customer satisfaction isn’t a priority here.
I wouldn’t recommend this location unless they seriously improve their service. Very disappointing.

The service was ok. The food was as expected so no complaints there either. Overall the visit was mid, I prefer the one in Woodbridge if I had to choose, just gave more of a family vibe. However this one isn't nearly as busy as the Woodbridge location, so it was much quieter. I'd say the food came a little faster in this location but not by much, which was weird since it wasn't nearly as busy. Nonetheless no qualms and the food & service did what they needed to.

Went with a friend to get a bite right before the holidays. I ordered eggplant parmigiana and as a appetizer fried calamari. The Calamari were overly battered and very salty. The parmigiana came with a huge amount of melted mozzarella cheese to the point where the eggplants where still frozen and cold underneath. Very disappointed. I have to say that I had the same dishes about 2 years earlier at the Olive Garden off Route 1. It was very good!. The calamari were nicely battered and not salty at all, and the parmigiana was fresh hot and not frozen.

I have been a fan of this place for 8 years but this time it disappointed us. Visited this place for lunch with family today, ordered food and since the portions are big we decided to share food as a family. When we asked for 1 empty plate just so we could eat, the server denied the request and when we asked why, she said we don't give plates to customers who don't have their individual dish ordered. Like seriously.... We asked for 1 empty plate... What kind of customer service is this.... It was highly disappointing.

If you get the serve Agalu, you are so lucky! She treated my group so well and was super nice. She was soooooo considerate and just treated us so amazing! If you can request for her you should. She is the reason why this restaurant has such a friendly and amazing atmosphere!
