This place must be racist!!!! Completely racist. My son went to Rita’s and didn’t want his ice cream but needed a drink instead so he went into this disgusting, racist, rude establishment to purchase a drink. BEFORE HE COULD EVEN ENTER, the man knocked on the window and shook his head NO, and said you can’t come in here. My confused son, trying to figure why, but came back to the car and said the man said I can’t come in there with my Rita’s to throw out!!! So he went to the next restaurant and they let him throw it out with no problem and purchase a water!!!! I went inside and told him how pathetic he was and didn’t deserve business from treating a respectful teenager like that. He then said well he can’t throw trash here. I said he had a single small gelati did he rather him throw it in the ground??? This is how you lose business. He looked dumbfounded because he didn’t know that his mother was with him! Thanks to their next store owners for allowing my son to throw away his trash BECAUSE THERE ARE NO GARBAGES OUTSIDE and purchase a drink. I would not recommend giving this place your business, especially if you’re Latina or African American. They are prejudice and disgusting!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND RACIST AVOID AT ALL COST!!! First off I was charged 13.50 plus tax for a chicken club sandwich only priced at $12. But wait it gets WAYYY WORST. After I ordered my food for takeout me and my girlfriend left the restaurant. My girlfriend goes back in the restaurant to throw out her ice cream cup from next door Rita’s. They refused to let her throw out a small cup of ice cream. I went back inside with the small cup of ice cream and asked the lady at register why my girlfriend was denied after she saw us in there spend money on an overcharge sandwich. I proceed to plead my case and was kicked out by the ball headed owner. He followed me towards my car and continued to raise his voice. He lucky he didn’t get knocked out. Avoid this place at all cost. They are PETTY and RUDE, and only care about their own kind.

Very very slow. It takes them forever to make something even a small order. I called before hand and still i had to wait for so long. I will be going to a different pizza shop where it does not take soooo long for a small order. And there was no people in the store so why did my order have to take so long. I called before hand and ended up waiting about 25 minutes for a very small order. Really bad!!!!

$5 for a mediocre slice of pizza should be illegal.

So I order a pizza pie for delivery today thru your preferred app "slice". Which in turn was delivered by doordash. The app sent push notification that my food was delivered when it wasn't. When spoke to "slice customer support they said the app automatically generates that msg for time stamping, they don't have access to reach the driver because even though I put delivery instructing room# the driver said he didn't have that info. I don't know what purpose "slice had in my order, other than mandatory impose a tip & service fee, but I could just had ordered from the doordash app since they were the ones that over pricely delivered it.
Never heard of slice before today & this will be the first & last time I order from your place, since "slice" is your preferred app for order for delivery & there was nothing spectacular about your pizza either.
You got me once, shame on you, to get me twice would be shame on me.
Will be also putting this on all my social platforms to inform everyone I know

IMO the best Panatieri’s location. Tasty food, friendly servers. Space is clean, bright, and beautifully maintained. Has a real mom & pop atmosphere. Couldn’t tell it was a local chain at all.

I ordered a whole Sicilian pie and paid the extra told the lady what I ordered and proceeded home. Got home and received a regular pie which was not what I ordered if I wanted a regular pie I would’ve ordered from somewhere else. Disappointed and disgusted and on top of that called the place to let them know.The same lady who gave me my order and didn’t tell me that there was a change in my order picked up and told me they didn’t have the pizza meanwhile I ordered over a hour ahead of time.She proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have the pie which means they didn’t want to make it and I repeated told her there was a price difference and this want what I paid for and after the 4 to 5th time she said she would call to take care of it.Also the tres leeches was disappointing as well cake was super thick not appetizing at all this will be my last time ordering from here. Do not play in my face if the order is different and you are aware tell me from the start and there wouldn’t be and issue or even a simple text or call I would’ve rather canceled my order than to receive something I did not order.

I have ordered a few items on their menu from a few visits and every time I’ve been completely satisfied. The lady that takes the orders is very sweet and friendly. I think I found my new fave piscataway pizza spot.

Paid $30 for a large Stromboli and Snapple. Picked up the box to leave and the box was flimsy and couldn’t hold the weight of the sauce container they put inside and the large Stromboli so it bent and the food and sauce container fell on the floor. They refused to make another one. The woman saw the box bend. Just poor service. Me and my family won’t ever order from here again.
