Very disappointed with the bagel orders this morning. Oddly shaped asiago bagels which looked more like a muffin top! The other bagels are so thin, puck looking not worthy of being called a bagel.

Positive Aspects: • Efficient Service: Many times we found it quick and friendly service. One time we ordered soup, order was taken promptly and accurately, with food served within 3 to 5 minutes.  • Quality Food: we always have praised the taste and freshness of the food, highlighting items like the flatbread with chicken and macchiato. • Clean Environment: The café is always seemed as clean and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant dining experience.
Areas for Improvement: • Inconsistent Food Quality: Some times we seen issues with food quality, such as missing one item out of pick up order.  • Customer Service Concerns: A few times we see many types of Bagels (Asiago cheese) are out of stock during breakfast hours reviews and worth to mention slow service during lunch hours and occasional issues with order accuracy. 
The café holds a very positive with room for improvement.

How do I place an order and get all the way home and everything's not in the bag shut down have to waste my time and gas money to go back to get what they left out unbelievable. And when I got the sandwich it tasted horrible like they just slapped it together with no love

Ordered the family value meal. Our two turkey bravo sandwiches had no bacon in it. My children pointed this out. The Greek salad that came with the meal was so withered and wet. Didn't even eat it.

I mean, some of their dishes might be delicious. But compared to other branches, they really give very little. When I asked the manager, he said they put three spoons in a regular bowl, so three ladles, I think, are normal soup spoons because they really give more at other branches, and you get what you pay for.

On my way in, there was an older employee in uniform smoking a cigarette literally outside the front door. She proceeded to flick her still light cigarette into the street and go back to work. Unprofessional, unsanitary, and quite frankly a bad look for your store.

Waiting traveler coffee set and bagel for one hour with my preorder the night before. Don’t offer any plates and cups. These people want us to drink coffee with our hands.
Horrible horrible service by the management in this place, early mornings many times no creamer or coffee set up and you can tell the manager on duty is and totally ignores you like I do not have a job to go to standing there like and idiot for ten minutes just looking at me ignoring me, In my work place that is not good business and would never happen , Simple task have your coffee station ready you been open and hour no excuses,

Incredible management in Mariam. She was kind sweet and understanding. While I could rarely have an issue, when I do, Mariam has handled it so well. For these reasons, I order from this location at least 3 times a week.
