I generally like Panera but I tried their new chili today. It is AWFUL. It's exactly the same as the canned meat chili that you put on a chili dog.

It's been a while since I left the review but I just had to. I ordered chicken noodle soup. Got home just to realize what they gave me was broth with 2 carrots 2 pieces of shredded chicken and nothing else. How do you mess up a chicken noodle order? It wasn't busy so you can't use that as an excuse. Did the employees not want to work and put a new batch of chicken noodle soup out.
I won't be going to this establishment anymore

I ordered a salad strawberry with chicken to go, when I picked up I realized that it doesn’t have chicken, when I ask why the salad doesn’t have chicken the girl who speak English had a bad mood, another girl who speak Spanish was very kind and gave me another salad.

I have not been to this Panera bread for over five years. However, I thought it would be the safer location than the Edison location on route one. But based on the one star reviews, Panera bread in this area should probably be shut down and revamped with a management team and ownership that cares about, the customer base. Doesn’t seem as though the corporate offer really cares because there are no replies to reviews or apologies given.
