I spent almost $30 to get a nice meal today before a 12-hr day of class & work and later discovered my whole Fuji Apple Salad had no apple chips and no cheese whatsoever. They've messed up my order before but never leaving out an entire 2 ingredients. Usually I love Panera but this makes me want to never come back. The people at the counter are nice but the people at the kitchen glare if you ask them to make it right... Edit: To that one person that was in the kitchen behind the counter on 9/24/24 at 12 pm, you 1) messed up my order and 2) gave the person at the counter shit for it when it wasn't their fault. I empathize with there being tons of students but that was not ok.

Worst experience I’ve had. One of the managers looks like he doesn’t really know what he’s doing and seems lost. I’ve heard yelling in the kitchen and it’s just an all around mess there. My food is always either cold or there’s something missing from my order and for a week or so straight I’ve come there only to find out they’re out of almost everything whoever does the order needs to get it together. I’m a student here i don’t know how they’re still open

The plain cheese Margarita was simply amazing. If you are a vegetarian and you need a pizza that’s light- now you know where to go :)

Worse Panera experience I have ever had. My noodle soup was not even properly microwaved, spilled all over the container and the bag, and there was no spoons or forks instead. In addition, the cashier was not the most helpful person. My last visit at this Panera for sure and maybe Panera in general.

Nov 1 2019 the experience was not good this time. I wish I had checked the food before taking out. Got Baja cereal bowl, received a smaller portion size compared to last time what happened there, ~$10 for this ?
