I ordered a special chicken pulao for pickup, and they gave me a chicken biryani instead. Completely messed up my order.

Ordered biryani from Persis today.. Nothing against to this restaurant But I feel like quality of biryani significantly gone down these days. Upon receiving my order after 15 mins delay, opened boxes, and top layer of biryani looked good but rest of the layers completely over cooked and felt like eating bisibelabath with not much chicken in it. Look at the pictures attached.

Persis management, Hope you guys improve the quality of biryani. customers deserve what they order.

Good as compare to similar class of restaurants.price is affordable and less compare to other restaurants.food is fresh and good. So overally very good restaurants. It's starter items and Beriyani is very good.

I have ordered from this restaurant before but unfortunately tonight was not the best day to order..Ordered goat biriyani and took forever to get ready and when I came back home to eat there were only 3 pcs of goat meat which is very unusual because I have ordered and received really good portion of meat..Taste was good but I didn't just ordered rice so I don't know if they changed their portion size or something else..

Had a late night biryani take out and order was done over the phone. Then when I reached the order was missing. Waited for little long but quality of food was good enough making up for the poor service at front desk.

I placed an order for goat biryani and chicken 65 through Uber Eats, opting for pickup. When I arrived at the restaurant to collect my order, I was told they were out of chicken 65. They claimed to have tried calling me three times to inform me about the issue, but I never received any calls from them. This lack of communication was already frustrating, but the situation only got worse from there.

Instead of resolving the issue themselves, the restaurant asked me to cancel the order from my Uber Eats account. However, when I contacted Uber Eats support, they instructed me to have the merchant cancel the order instead. This back-and-forth was incredibly inconvenient and added to my frustration.

To make matters worse, the goat biryani I received was disappointing. The meat pieces were of poor quality, and the overall portion felt inadequate. On top of that, I never received the chicken 65 I paid for, yet I was still charged for both items.

This entire experience was highly unsatisfactory. The lack of communication, poor quality of food, and the hassle of trying to resolve the issue left me feeling extremely frustrated. I hope the restaurant and Uber Eats can improve their processes to avoid situations like this in the future.

I ordered through Uber Eats around 7pm today. The food took almost 2 hours to come and I’m only a town away. Words can’t even describe how horrible my food was. I ordered the Chicken Dum Biriyani and Baby Corn Pepper Fry. I requested medium spice and specifically wrote in the notes to make sure it wouldn’t be spicy. The baby corn was so spicy but the biriyani had no taste. It was just yellow rice and had 1 piece of chicken in it. I could not call that biriyani it was that horrible. IT HAD ZERO FLAVOR. As a South Indian, I've had a lottt of biriyani and this one was not good at all. An old smell was coming from the food too. There was also an eyelash in my order which was disgusting. I threw away both my dishes. I would NOT recommend. The quality was so good a few months ago but clearly it went downhill. I don’t know what happened but it’s so disappointing!!

Went out for lunch on a weekday (Wednesday) Food was served fresh and quick. Appetizers were excellent Ordered (Apollo Fish...Karivepaku Kodi Vepudu.. both spicy). The Boneless Biryani made spicy to our need was not to satisfaction though it was not bad.. Felt there was too much of Cardamom.. The restaurant has a small but decent size sit in place. Was very well maintained and the rest rooms were clean.. (Very well maintained .. no pee smell like most other I have been to🤯)

Hariyali chicken kabobs were great. Gongura chicken looked like butter chicken but tasted okay. Chicken biryani was like Chicken 65 pieces in it. Different experience than what a normal biryani would be. They provided to go materials for the left over food.
