Waiting in line for nearly 30 min and not many people on line. Customer service skills are lacking and ice cream is good but shouldn’t have to wait that long with 4 people in line…

The vibes are off. The girls there are rude. Do not go to this place. Like the other reviews say a girl with Curly hair on the heavier side wearing glasses was mean and immature. It seems as if the girls just hangout and give attitude, terrible customer service

Really good ice cream

I saw another recent review that described a similar experience I had so I am sharing mine. Everytime I go the girls are extremely rude and they look miserable. They have the worst attitudes. Last time I went the blonde girl with blue eyes Was so rude to me and nasty to me when she took my order. After she took my order she called me back up 5 minutes later… I thought my ice cream was ready but no… she was like “Um i didn’t even get anything you said Can you just repeat it”and huffing and puffing at me. So what were you doing the first time I ordered. Staring at my nose hairs?? so rude like girl I’m so sorry you have to do work at your job like the rest of us do. That’s why yalls tip jar is ALWAYS empty. Also I heard they’re getting paid under the counter YIKES someone call the IRS!!!

Always great, yes the line is long in the summer but worth the wait. My buddy comes out of state every year and this is a must for him and I. If anyone is complaining about portion size I would have said something, as it's never been an issue.

The ice cream is good but there is a young lady , a little heavier with dark curly hair that works here that is extremely rude. She first asked me if I was paying card or cash , I then asked for a price and she was refusing to give me a price until I told her whether I was paying card or cash . I said very nicely , well I need the price first so I can see if I have enough cash and if not I will pay with card . She then was extremely rude and nasty and huffing and puffing about giving me a price like Who demands payment without providing a price and then catches a nasty attitude with a customer ? She’s lucky I didn’t throw my sundae in her face. Thankfully I do not live in the area and do not plan on returning.

Best ice cream. Their strawberry ice cream is the best. Fall season they have a pumpkin ice cream which is also amazing and a must try.
