Excellent service! Diamond is amazing!

I ordered Qdoba after a long time and i had been wanting to get it for a couple of days. It’s safe to say i was extremely disappointed by the portion and lack of taste. I got what i usually get in my burrito from Qdoba and other Mexican food spots. Before i even opened it i was so disappointed. The burrito was the smallest i’ve ever seen. I also ordered a bowl which also had way less portions than it should have.

I got the vegetarian options for both so that may be why but still the portions r unbelievable. If someone orders no meat they should make up for it at least a little bit in portions. The bowl like no sour cream and most half of it is rice. There’s almost no beans. And there’s an unnecessary amount of jalapeños.

Stingy with food when ordering online. I ordered a bowl and it wasn’t even half way full. I love qdoba and the food but this food was cold anf I also ordered two burritos and never in my years of going to qdoba have I ever seen a burrito so small and sloppy. Never coming back here

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at Piscataway location. I placed a mobile pickup order and encountered multiple issues with both the food and the service.

Upon arrival, I noticed that the employee preparing my order forgot to include the tortilla shell. When I reminded him after the bowl was completed, he attempted to make it but then informed me that the pilot light was not working, so he couldn’t prepare the shell. I requested a refund for both bowls, but he refused, stating that I would need to handle it online through the help center. When I asked to speak with a manager, he claimed that he was the manager.

To make matters worse, when I got home and opened my bowl, I realized that it was missing lettuce, had white rice instead of the brown rice I ordered, and lacked the crispy tortilla strips. The overall experience was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.

If there is anyone at a higher level who can review the security footage, I would appreciate it if you could verify what I ordered versus what was actually served. I hope Qdoba takes this matter seriously and addresses both the quality of service and the accuracy of orders.
