I have no clue what happened to this Starbucks in the past year. I went in the other day to order a drink, and two employees were conversing. One saw me and turned back to her conversation. Two seconds later, she takes my order. There were about seven Starbucks employees total and around three people waiting for their drinks, including me. Clean and good atmosphere. But 50 cents charge for water was shocking and inconsiderate. No other starbucks does this. Dropping this practice would definitely improve customer experience, business reputation and earn back my repeating visits :)
I never leave reviews but I am asking you desperately…… please turn down the music so you can take my order correctly. I’ve gotten the wrong drink so many times. Please…. I am begging you…….
