I recently used The Food Architects to cater my birthday party at a pickleball club. Sam was easy to work with and created a menu of appetizers that were delicious and diverse. People raved about the food. Savoury and perfectly seasoned, the textures were great, the appearance was beautiful and the portion sizes were spot on. I highly recommend using Sam & Anthony at The Food Architects.
Samantha and The Food Architects provided amazingly delicious food for the Rutgers Prep PTA wine tasting event!! Everyone raved about the food especially the Samosas and the homemade ranch chips and avocado tomato relish! Samantha was incredible to work with and put together an amazing menu that complimented the wine offerings. I highly recommend their services and plan to use them again in the near future!!
