I had a frustrating visit to Wawa that left much to be desired. The customer service was downright horrible—when I pointed out that the coffee stations were completely out, the employees, including a manager wearing a pink shirt, laughed and brushed off my request without any attempt to address it. This lack of professionalism was shocking and made me feel ignored as a customer.
To top it off, the store was a mess, with cluttered counters and an overall unkempt appearance. It’s clear that this location needs better management and staff training to prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain basic cleanliness. I won’t be returning to this Wawa anytime soon. Highly disappointing experience.

I’ve been a regular customer to this Wawa since last 4 years. After mid night or early morning visits have become increasingly disappointing.
What pushed me to write this review was the incredibly rude behavior from middle aged woman, possibly in her 50s or 60s, who claimed to be a manager. On more than one occasion, i’ve received rude and unprofessional responses from her when simply asking question or trying to verify the order.
On the other side, experience in days and employees are awesome and very friendly.

They never disappoints when it comes to quick, quality food and friendly service. Whether I’m stopping in for a fresh hoagie, a hot cup of coffee, or just a quick snack on the go, everything is consistently good and made just the way I like it.

I came today to pick up my mobile order and once again my order wasn't packed. I asked girl that was on the cash register for the rest of my order she had such an attitude. She told me I should go get it myself. She has a very nasty attitude and doesnt know how to speak to people.

trash everywhere outside, trash all down on the floor inside everyday you prepare thousands of orders. Why can't you stop being so cheap & hirer cleaning crew all shifts. Machines to order sandwiches everybody hand prints never been cleaned.
Before you serve food CLEAN
Your Windows inside & outside disgusting smh. No respect for your Customers Health feeding them from dirty. Touch trash can with your gloves on & continue making sandwiches down right nasty.
PLEASE stop asking the Customers when they please give me a bag it's 35 cent is that okay. Tell Customers cost of the bag if they don't want the bags trust me Customers will say yes or no. Get your business together

I’ve been here a few times customer service is absolutely horrible! Big young Spanish gentleman behind the counter never seems to ever wanna help anybody more interested in bullshitting with his friends!
got the strawberry banana smoothie which was refreshing but super sweet! like way too sweet 😭 but it was still good and i finished it

Coffee is always fresh, I love the subs, and usually fill up at the pump here. Very nice staff and it is always clean here.
Check your food orders before leaving. Bought a large meatball with only 4 small meatballs. Filled Less than half the container. First the container already looked more like a small but labeled L. But then at least fill the container! I’ve ordered it elsewhere and fine but this is ridiculous.
Hey, I’d like to share my recent experience.
The gas tenant was on his phone while fueling my vehicle, tripped and pushed the nozzle downward into my fuel neck. When he pulled it out, it sounded metal on metal.
This was at 3:00am
Two days later, my car will not start. Blown a fuel pump fuse, and refuses to stay on after 10 minutes.
I filed a claim, and I am expecting to hear back from their insurance, as well as the mechanic. If it’s a mistake on their end I am not sure as of yet. Please understand that having fueling issues two days after this is obviously their fault. Being on the phone and fueling someone’s vehicle is very wrong.
At this point, it makes no sense why my car would have issues. I take care of my vehicle.
They need an estimate, and proof as to what happened. The footage from their cameras should reveal the whole situation.
I will say this, I’ve seen the same gas tenant on his phone multiple times, I never had a problem until damage was done to my vehicle. Management will deny all claims, suggesting to reach out to support, rather than addressing the problem. I don’t see how I will ever fuel up again there.
Wawa said they’d take care of it if it’s found to be their fault, and I know it is. Sound coming from my tank sounds like a blockage & clunking. There are new sounds coming from my gas tank when running. Never had I had this happen to me, period. Never have I experienced such a terrible situation.
Please Wawa management, if you are reading this, please review the fueling procedures because either way, being on your phone while fueling up is against the law. Whether damage was done from their negligence is ultimately up to the mechanic. I have to pay out of pocket up front too. So how is that okay? It’s been two weeks.
Do not use Wawa to fuel your car, at all costs. They’re willing to risk of damaging your car. I had to warn everyone because this is unacceptable.
Indian guy at the counter attempted to pull a fast one. I handed him the receipt for my sandwich he scanned my rewards charged me for the sandwich and 2 other items the total was 14 and change I wait 10 mins for sandwich the guy at the sandwich counter says nobody paid for the sandwich. I just withdrew $20 from the ATM receipt in my hand I didn't feel like arguing I picked up my cell phone and said if you don't make right on my purchase I will call the police they will ask to see the camera footage. Those rewards are another way a unassuming person can get scammed. Won't ever patronize
