This is the best service I’ve ever experienced in my life. There was a young Black man who taught me a lot. He was like an angel sent by God. Yes, the angel is Black—accept it. Today was the first time I had my old car, so I didn’t know how to refuel it. And this angel taught me that I could use the key to pry open the small door of my car’s fuel tank, then find an inconspicuous button under the driver’s seat. If I had been doing it myself, I never would have thought to do that. Luckily, he appeared, and just in time, because I had no idea that this was what I needed to do to refuel the car. It felt like he appeared as if it were all arranged by God.
He was always smiling and seemed genuinely happy to help me. During our conversation, I even mentioned that I could handle it myself, but he insisted that he preferred to help me. I feel incredibly lucky to have met him. I’ve had a pretty unlucky streak lately—wasting $10 on a lottery ticket that didn’t win, and not too long ago, I was also dealing with a car accident. This angel truly was the only bit of good luck I’ve had in these past unlucky two weeks.

Gas attendant put my gas cap on wrong now the light is on and my fuel cap has to be replaced. I was told I would be reimbursed but it honestly shouldn’t have happened (black guy with locs)
I bought burger and a chicken sandwich and they only give me the burger. They was cooking and talking all time and the preparatio. Was 25 mns and the workers was relaxed. Bad attention and bad workers
Worst service ever, they had my Uber eats delivery driver waiting for 1 sandwiches for 45 minutes straight. They are pathetic and need new employees. It’s always a problem with them.now I see why they only have 2 stars. Slowest service ever and it’s all the time at this location

Visiting Wawa for the first time is a surprisingly pleasant experience that goes beyond the typical gas station stop. With its convenient layout, diverse selection of high-quality snacks, drinks, and fresh food, and a welcoming atmosphere, Wawa makes grabbing essentials and refueling a breeze. The made-to-order food, friendly service, and efficient self-service kiosks turn a quick stop into an enjoyable part of your day, making Wawa more than just a convenience store—it’s a community hub that leaves a lasting positive impression.

Very nice clean convenient place to grab and go some snacks or lunch, all while getting gas. Food is pretty good also, everything is fresh and the place is clean.

Worst place ever!!! Allows customers to open and touch breakfast sandwiches to see which one they want and allows for the sandwiches to be put back on the heating rack. GREAT JOB ?. Nevertheless it has become a truck depot, good luck existing and entering!!!

Has gone far downhill since the initial launch. Still serves its purpose (most of the time), but is a well below average Wawa. Pretty sure I had mac & cheese with bad dairy once which is when I stopped ordering food from here. The subs also are nowhere near as good as they used to be.
- Occasional staffing issues in store (not just the gas attendant)
- Food tanked in quality at some point
- Drinks always taste syrup-heavy, unmixed, and boring, even though the flavors and options sound great
- Half of the pumps are closed at all times

Every surface in the store is absolutely disgusting!!! The screens to order, the screens at self checkout and the refrigerator doors. All are just absolutely GROSS!! Also the sandwiches are horribly made.

I caught a flat and the attendants and manager Phillipe were extremely helpful and accommodating. I really appreciate them providing us with ice water and being patient with us as we coordinated a tow.

I am a wawa regular at different location near home. This wawa is near my work.
For third time, they have done a horrible job.
Today I draw the line and will never eat here again. They’ve lost a potential regular.
The hoagie I ordered, wasn’t even wrapped properly. The wrapper was falling apart. Tape was stuck to itself. This was clearly a blunder. True disappointment waited when I sat down to eat. The wrapper end was inside the hoagie! Few jalapeños were among the outer wrap paper. How does it get there?
I open the wrapper and the whole thing just falls apart. The bread was squished from one side. Did this person Drop it? Threw in anger? Idk. The hoagie was not cut properly. The cut went only halfway. I had to cut it with my fingers. Toppings were not placed, they were thrown around. Clearly this food was not made with heart. Yes I have the audacity to say that because I myself have worked in customer service. When you work customer service, specially fast food, please make sure you treat it like food. You’re not working in a factory.
I cannot eat this. Someone clearly sad & frustrated made this with anger. Aside from quality reason, I don’t wanna eat this because of the negativity it is made with.
I’ve paid my dues and I can say this, no job is small. No job warrants this type of a behavior from you! Just because you’re putting yourself through something in life, this is not how your immediate problem will be solved. If anything, making food with true heart and treating it like food that will make someone happy, should bring you happiness, uplift your mood, and then compound effect to get you out of your misery. DO BETTER

The service is always slow. Lines are too long. Soda area is always sticky and never clean. And never, ever have any hotdogs. What's the point of the hotbox if you don't use it!! This store needs to get it's act together. Fortunately, there is another being built close by.
