You should really change your hours on the website I got there at 12 AM to order some food and they told me they were closed but on their website it says that 1 AM is when they close.

Rule of the thumb if the customer is polite you be polite to them too.

Blanca has the worst customer service. They bathed my sausage egg and cheese English muffin in oil. Liquid butter they called it. It was so much it was leaking out my sandwich wrap. I went back with it and Blanca started yelling that it’s my sandwich and it comes with butter and there is nothing to do, she said if I want she will give me dry bread and I can replace the buns myself . I mean wow!

I don’t know if this is just me but when I order through the drive through service is great by the food will be either cold or they forget an order, I ordered the new Krabby Patty meal and my Krabby Patty was a little cold ?

Whoever Wendy’s had taking orders at the drive thru and handing out the food on Sunday October 13th around 130pm needs retraining on customer service ASAP. She was extremely rude! The person I was on the phone with even questioned why was she so rude. However, the gentleman that took my money was very polite and pleasant.

Wendy’s was not gnbut won’t give all 5stars ✨ because the customer service person who took my order incorrectly and still charged me for what they didn’t put in my takeout bag! Went through the drive through maybe it was my fault not to check my bag before I drove off!!! Got home just to find a wrong order that packed for my kids and I! I tried to call the Wendy’s number to complain but that number on their google page seems noty to have anyone attending to it! I gave up on call

This Wendy's is unsanitary. A few years ago I had a hair in my burger, returned it and stopped going there. However yesterday my dad stopped there to get Wendy's for dinner for the family. My sister and I were the only two who ordered spicy nuggets, the nuggets we were given were old not even fresh. And to top it off, we both had our stomachs hurting in the middle of the night and both woke up with diarrhea. Clearly this is not our first time eating Wendy's or spicy nuggets. I eat Wendy's all the time from the Edison, Franklin, Woodbridge, and East Brunswick locations and never have any issues. It's specifically THIS location that's an issue. I will never eat here again.

Drive thru 230pm today -a thank you and a smile ( even if it's fake, ) at the end of a transaction could mean alot , I won't be returning, I've been to many Wendy's in NJ even in the worst locations I prefer to take my money there, mind you the food was great.
