Ordered hot honey wings that came out barely seasoned. Returned the food and was promised a refund that was never processed despite multiple calls and follow-ups. Management kept stalling and corporate was no help. I only got my money back after disputing the charge with my bank. Extremely poor customer service. Will not return.

Our food tasted like straight sugar, it was horrible. When I called to let them know, they were rude and didn’t provide solutions. I didn’t feel safe to even order more food due to the fact that they were so rude and I was worried they would do something to the food. I would not recommend this Wingstop to anyone.

I just placed an order of MILD wings and once i received it there was absolutely no SAUCE. This is absurd on why I spent 16.99 + TIP for MILD WINGS and i get a freaking fried chicken get scammed out of my money. Whoever is in charge of that kitchen fix it. Someone back there is lazy and unprofessional.

Store was packed because no one’s order comes out on time. We waited an hour for our order when the worker said 15 minutes. Mind you, we arrived at the store 20 minutes after placing it online.

Came in late Friday night 9/19 around 11p-12a, and there seemed to only be one man working. I didn’t catch his name but he provided exceptional customer service and the food was delicious. I think it’s totally unfair that he was by himself and dealing with rude customers. He deserves a lot more than I’m sure he’s being paid and recognized. Your store wouldn’t be anything without him.

I’m not leaving a bad review for the food. I’m leaving for the area don’t go at night u less you want to be attacked by a tall white man wearing all black and a mask. Staring into peoples cars including while we were in it. We called the cops and they asked what color was he and Insisted he might be mentally disabled. But he chased us and cursed at us and looked totally fine. Don’t come here Doordashers!!!! Centennial avenue location.

I don’t usually leave reviews for places but I have to give this place 5 stars. I’ve been coming to this location since they opened and always get great service and great food even if it’s super busy, the staff here are wayyyy calmer and nicer under pressure compared to a lot of other places.
