The food is good. Bagels are nice and fresh. However, the service is terrible. There is not one time that I placed my order and it was correct. The amount of errors that are made should be studied. Now, I only order if myself or my husband will be picking it up so we can check before we leave the store. I cannot trust a Doordash delivery or someone else picking up my order.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
The bagels have always been great, but the service was absolutely extraordinary! I was treated like I was at a 5-star hotel, not just a bagel shop. I’ve never felt so welcomed and well taken care of before!
Great job to the new management.you can definitely see and feel the difference. Keep up the amazing work!

I’ve gone here numerous times over the years since I was little it’s always been so good, the owners are so sweet to me and my family she always gives us a free extra bagel, we normally get bagels with cream cheese but here and there we order a bacon egg and cheese which is also really good, this is a great place to go to for breakfast or just something for you to eat while waiting for the train or really anything, it’s always really good I 1000%...
