I usually order online and pick up in the restauraunt and the food is warm. I understand they usually wait for you to get there until they start packing your order. I would rather wait and get my food hot & ready then have it cold when received.

I tried the new " Burger King Whooper". and was ecstatic. The whopper was bigger and nicely wrapped and put into a very neat looking box. The sandwich itself tasted delicious, added with their special mayo sauce and new and improved hamburger bun. Overall it was a good experience, the crew was nice and fast in getting my order.

My experience at this Burger King outrageously surpassed any and all expectations I had. The customer service was top tier. The store manager I believe his name was Antwuan, went ABOVE and BEYOND for me when he didn’t have to. I will never forget how kind he was to me and makes me feel like I shouldn’t go to any other Burger Kings EXCEPT his location! THANK YOU Antwuan and everyone else that helped make my experience a GREAT ONE!!!
