I won't be going to this Dunkin donuts on Clinton Ave and front Street anymore. I asked for a drink to be blended the guy tells me I can go home and blend it!!! I tweeted about him so fast, and Dunkin donuts have already contacted me!! Don't be rude.... Work on your customer service I'm not the only one who have had bad experiences here. You're serving our community treat people right.
This place has the worst customer service. The phone number online and on the receipts are no longer valid. I have complained to management several times with no resolution. Today the app wasn't working for me, and I showed them so I could get my free coffee but was still charged. The way they speak is so nasty and rude. I need corporate to call me. I have been filing out the form online asking for a call back for over a month and no call back yet.
