This place has the worst customer service. The phone number online and on the receipts are no longer valid. I have complained to management several times with no resolution. Today the app wasn't working for me, and I showed them so I could get my free coffee but was still charged. The way they speak is so nasty and rude. I need corporate to call me. I have been filing out the form online asking for a call back for over a month and no call back yet.
