Pablos restaurant Reviews
I really don’t understand how Mateo, the general manager, is in the position he holds. Waited over two hours to receive my food when we were only one of two tables at the restaurant when we arrived. He was extremely rude and questioned if I thought it was fair that I was asking him to comp my food after the long wait. He did offer me to try rodizio in the meantime (since that is what my spouse was having), but I declined. He has no sort of customer service skills to resolve...read full review
A big thank you to PaulosBBQ for hosting our guests for my father’s repast today. The food was amazing and the staff was even better.

Pablo's Restaurant offers a great ambiance and nice service with Brazilian/Portuguese classics like picanha, paella, and all-you-can-eat rodizio. The food is amazing, with appetizers like salgadinha, croquettes, and shrimp being favorites. Drinks such as sangria and caipirinha are fresh tasting and not overly sweet. The main restaurant area is perfect for special dinners, while the bar area offers casual dining with TVs. The banquet area upstairs is ideal for events, and there is also a takeout option.
The restaurant has recently changed hands, but the new owners have maintained the quality of the food. The empanadas, in particular, are flavorful and worth the money, stuffed with fresh ingredients. The service remains friendly and helpful, with the staff being courteous and attentive. While there may be a slight change in the overall atmosphere, the restaurant appears clean and well-maintained.
Customers continue to enjoy the lively atmosphere and the delicious dishes, such as the shrimp, which are described as smoky and full of garlicky flavor. The rodizio and larger dishes are also popular choices, and the serradura dessert is the perfect way to end the meal.
