I used to love going to Elma's for their excellent food. However, two weeks ago, I noticed some new construction there. Now, you can no longer see the food being prepared. Instead, you tell them what you want, and they return with your order in a plastic bag.
Previously, you could watch your container being filled right in front of you, and you could even ask for extra gravy if you wanted it.
