“Amazing service been going there for as long as I can remember“

“Best waffles I’ve ever had. Not sure what they put in the batter but I’ve never had a waffle that tastes as good as the ones here.

All the other breakfast sandwiches are also really good, and the prices are very reasonable. I’ve only had their breakfast so I can’t comment on their other food.

I’d mostly recommend takeout here, yes there is a seating area but it’s kind of small.

“Absolutely amazing service. My husband and I happened to come across from Staten Island where we are visiting his Grandmother (we are from Hampton, VA). Let me tell you this spot did not disappoint. Nestled in beautiful area, we’re welcoming faces, great customer service and the most amazing tasting Boba Tea! We will definitely be back when we are in the area again! “I visited Icy Melon in Edison for the first time a few weeks ago, and it was a pleasant surprise. The environment is quiet and low key, which makes it easy to relax but the seating could definitely use an upgrade. It’s not the coziest spot to linger, but the food more than makes up for it.

I had one of their signature crepes, and my friend tried the matcha crepe cake. Both were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.

We didn’t wait long for our order, which was a nice bonus. You can tell they put care into both flavor and aesthetics in their food.

While the vibe is more functional than cozy, Icy Melon is perfect for a quick dessert run or a casual catch up with friends. If you’re craving something sweet and photogenic, it’s definitely worth a visit.“

“Had breakfast here early on a Saturday with a friend. Food was good for sure. However, EVERY person working at this restaurant attended to us. We had a hard time finishing one sentence of our conversation without being asked how things were or if we wanted more coffee. I'm serious, no fewer than 6 people visited our table. Our waitress, Marissa, was personable and helpful; she was taking care of us very well. The 1-star for atmosphere was because the OWNER came to our table and asked if we wanted more coffee. I declined, but my friend accepted. I swear she did this just to make him go away as Marissa had offered us coffee moments before and she'd declined. THEN WE OVERHEAR the manager giving Marissa a hard time because we ACCEPTED COFFEE. His assumption was that she had not been attending to us instead of understanding that women know that the male ego has a hard time with the word NO. Not only should management not be giving a good waitress a hard time, they certainly should not do it where customers can hear. Gross!“

- Kulfi shake: a milk shake with pistachios, cardamom, and dried rose petals
- avocado toast served on sourdough
- iced chai with oat milk, unsweetened
- date salad
- gulab cake

Service is slower than mega chain coffee shops, but worth the wait. There are a couple of bistro tables outside the shop and a limited amount of indoor seating.“

“Awesome eatery and a great time to visit on a Monday afternoon. They're normally extremely packed and I can see why. Nice, big and spacious space. Their staff are extremely well mannered.

As for their food, it speaks to why they are usually busy. It is so delicious and portioned to the value you pay. Can't wait to try again.“
