“Great fried chicken sandwiches, fast service and cool atmosphere. Limited seating so expect a wait at busy times. The nashville and tikka sandwiches were both packed with flavor and cooked well, all at a reasonable price. Masala fries were great as well but didn’t pair well with the chipotle sauce. Would go back and recommend!“
“Decent Taiyaki. The interior was a rather unpleasant so I would recommend taking these to-go and eating your taiyaki while exploring williamsburg. The taiyaki itself is fresh and quite good but the soft serve is fairly disappointing. If you're ordering taiyaki and soft serve expect the soft serve to arrive way before the taiyaki is ready.“
“Had the Red Velvet and Chicken Tenders With Passion Fruit Lemonade, I was very Good.I enjoyed how fluffy the pancakes were and how well seasoned & crispy the tenders were. And the passion fruit lemonade for very balanced and not too sweet I actually ordered two.However I found myself having to figure things out a bit with the customer service:The server there is new, and unfortunately doesn’t know what butter is nor do I think she has grasped the concept for restaurant hospitality and etiquette yet. And working in a cafe/restaurant that serves waffles/pancakes/French toast, that is pretty big to miss. I found myself having to get up to get the butter, the owner heard me in the kitchen asking for it in order to get it for me because the server didn’t know what butter was.I ask for the bill so I can pay because I was trying to catch a bus to work, she attempted to get my card before I got the bill. I finally got the bill and I waited 10 minutes for her to come get it from me. I was literally the only person in the restaurant. I had to get up and hand her my card to finalize my stay. I definitely missed my bus.I will be going back for take-out, but not to dine in.“
“I've ordered thru Uber eats 3 time, and all 3 times the food was GREAT! The waffles are sweet soft with a light crunch, even after the Awesome Waffle Sauce and Syrup. Now the chicken, I don't eat a lot of fast food Fried (unless it's Popeyes) but the crunch the seasonings and all white meat makes me happy everytime too those looking to try Take 2 pieces of waffle place the chicken drizzle the waffle sauce, then the syrup and I promise magic in your mouth . I will definitely have to come in so I can give you guys a 5 I highly recommend!“
“Pretty cool Waffle house, I know the south has The wafflehouse, but we new yorkers have Brooklyn waffle house and sticky's. Came here after a long day at work. I wanted to try the Chicken & waffles, but the young lady who was at the cash register told me the chicken wasn't fresh so I would have to wait until thirty minutes for fried chicken, so she suggested I try the shrimp and waffles. she was right the shrimp and waffles were delicious and pretty good. "Enijah .V" was the young lady at the cash register she was very nice and helpful and friendly too, she told me she was the manager at the Brooklyn wafflehouse Bedford-Stuyvesant location 434 Hancock street. , there have three locations one in Crown heights on Nostrand avenue, the next one in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn on Nostrand avenue further down, and the next location on Bedford-Stuyvesant on Hancock street. This location is the Flatbush section. unfourtnely this location doesn't have an indoor place to sit down, probably during the warm weather season there is a chair and table to sit outside like a cafe' . the crown heights and the Bedford -Stuyvesant location has an indoor table & chairs & outdoor table & seats (cafe"). I'll definitely be back to try the chicken and waffles !!!!!.P.S. 1.you can always order on Grubhub, Seamless, DoorDash or Postmates, or Uber eats!.2. “This coffee shop is fantastic. The salmon toast and the Belgian avocado egg and cheese were incredibly flavorful, showcasing the freshness of their ingredients. The standout, however, was the coffee, particularly the original French Toast Latte, a must-try. Despite the chilly weather today, the indoor seating area was bustling, but luckily, the friendly and attentive staff made sure everyone felt welcome and well taken care of. Plus, the convenience of credit card acceptance adds to the overall positive experience.“

One of the boxes was late and being held up so sugar wood called me to let me know and sent another box that arrived in 2 days for the inconvenience. Great customer service.
