You cannot rely on this store’s morning staff, especially the woman working the morning shift, to have mobile orders ready on time. I order through the app specifically to manage timing and pick up my food when I arrive. However, on more than one occasion, my food was not prepared at all. Orders are not made in the order they are received — she seems to prepare whichever order she notices. As a result, I ended up being late.
