We order from this location quite often. But i think today was our last time.
They often get orders wrong. In the past it was minor things. Today half of my order was not delivered. when I called to check on it with pressing the particular option for issues with delivery through panera app not door dash, the phone call is answered at the 13th time. Work near this one so we often order from here and I think I’m done after today. Coworkers salad didn’t even have dressing with it, me and another coworker asked for extra dressing, didn’t get it. The delivery service they use is through door dash and they can’t seem to read the delivery instructions. What’s the point in asking for delivery instructions if no one pays attention to them?
