We had an awful takeout experience today. Our order was wrong - first I thought they just omitted the extra rice we ordered but as we started serving the dishes we noticed that the chicken dish had some other type of meat and the duck pad thai was some other type of noodles. They asked us to bring back the food that we had already opened saying it was for someone else. We told them we had touched it already but our options were to come back to the restaurant with the original...
As a frequent customer, I love that the kitchen always delivers on taste and quality. My only critique is that the service speed and attentiveness tend to fluctuate during peak hours.
